Established in 1994, Prime Mortgage is a family mortgage broker with their main office in the Rivergate area, just north of Nashville. They also have an office in Brentwood, located in Maryland Farms. They offer both FNMA conforming loans for customers with high credit scores, adequate employment and equity or down payment. For others with damaged credit or other problems they still offer great mortgage programs, many with little or no down payment required.
